| I was trying to take the advice that some doctor gave on Oprah
yesterday, but it proved incredibly hard to go through with. Basically,
he said that we would all be uberhealthy if we cut out SUGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ENRICHED ANYTHING, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL.
So I was basically unable to eat like ANYTHING at all. There was
nothing I could buy without corn syrup or sugar, not even at home. Even
our damned "whole wheat braid" has this shit in it. Of course I buckled.
What the fuck is in everything we eat?
Corn syrup is like one of those things that makes you want to eat more too. And it's in everything.
I don't know what to eat anymore.
